Sake has a complexity and versatility not well understood or appreciated in the UK. As part of JFOODO’s Sake Seafood Sensations campaign, we created a short pamphlet to appear on the table of selected restaurants across the UK showcasing Sake’s pure flavour profile and diverse range of styles.
